Screening of clinical development candidates, identification and evaluation of promising active substances and development platforms

Identification and initial contacts with potential partners in Europe, USA and/or China
Support in structuring, negotiating and closing of Business Development transactions.

A researcher or research team at a University Lab or private research center develops a promising active substance (the “product”) for lung cancer therapy
Step 1: The research team approaches PEKKIP or is solicited by PEKKIP scientists
Step 2: PEKKIP in collaboration with the research team designs and conducts a first evaluation of the Product based on agreed objectives and criteria
Step 3: PEKKIP presents the results of the preliminary evaluation of the Product to a few, carefully selected members of its network. PEKKIP network consists of hundreds of high-ranking key opinion leaders and successful experts, including pre-clinical and clinical practitioners, CMC experts, scientific medical experts and senior pharmaceutical executives with long-time business development and commercial expertise
Step 4: PEKKIP Board of Directors assesses the results of the previous steps and decides on course of action.
Step 5: a scientific and business plan is developed and the corresponding strategies pursued fast and in a cost-effective manner.
